## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 组织完成分公司下达的各项经营计划指标，做好上级工作精神的学习和传达。
- 根据相关政策、方针，制定所在机构相应工作计划，坚定经营方向，实现机构队伍与业务的良性发展。
- 领导并辅导内外勤团队，通过有效的团队管理和培训，做好业务推动和新增，提升团队整体业绩。
- 维护和优化客户关系，积极响应并处理客户的需求和反馈。
- 监督并保证团队遵守公司制度及财务政策，合规经营，控制财务及经营风险。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，理想信念坚定，对党忠诚，优先考虑政治面貌为中共党员的人选。
- 热爱寿险事业，热爱公司，认同公司文化，忠于职守，遵守国家法律法规、行业监管规定和公司规章制度，符合履职回避等政策规定。
- 具有大学本科及以上学历；具有大型寿险公司3年及以上从业经历，具备大型寿险公司四级机构/中支部门负责人工作经历者优先。
- 具有正确的政绩观，过往工作绩效表现突出，所负责的机构业务品质较好。
- 工作思路清晰，工作执行力强，具有敏锐的市场洞察力和较强的市场开拓能力，对目标执着且有韧性。
