## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责保险业务客户服务的制度制定、服务考核制定等相关工作；
- 负责保险业务的续期流程设计，包括续期提醒流程、续期交费流程、续期客户服务流程等；
- 建立客户的产品咨询、流程处理、养老规划设计等服务流程梳理和建立；
- 负责客户二次开拓的标准化业务操作机制设计，包括续期提醒、续期交费、续期客户服务、客户二次开拓等环节；
- 完成公司交办的其他事项。

### Qualifications
- 全日制硕士研究生及以上学历学位；
- 能够熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力及授课培训经验；
- 三年及以上保险工作经验，拥有1年及以上续收相关工作经验者优先。
