## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责中支公司营销渠道队伍发展计划制定、下达与实施推动；
- 负责四级机构队伍发展计划审批、督导与评估；
- 负责营销队伍KPI分析；
- 负责队伍发展经验总结与推广；
- 负责落地总分公司增员模式、标准与流程；
- 负责落地推广总分公司招募甄选支持工具；
- 负责设计中支公司招募活动、开发相关工具并组织实施。

### Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历
- 具备较好的学习力、执行力、组织能力及沟通协调能力
- 中共党员优先
- 有相关工作经验者优先
