## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 为客户提供专业化、高品质家办服务，为一线销售队伍提供专业支持；
- 开展家办体系建设，制定业务发展规划，搭建产品服务体系；
- 拓展维护合作渠道，做好服务流程标准化规范化管理、客户体验跟踪优化等工作。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，经济、金融、会计、税务、法学等相关专业背景；
- 具备2年以上家族办公室相关工作经验，熟悉或从事过企业家服务、家族资本市场服务、海外投资相关服务、家族创富守富传富规划或家族宪章及子女教育中的一个或几个领域；
- 具有较强的创新思维、组织协调能力和表达能力。
