## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 开展投资相关金融法律法规的研究工作，及时进行解读和宣导；
- 拟定、审核经营活动中的法律文件；
- 对公司发起设立的保险资管产品及投资的金融产品进行法律合规审核；
- 为公司经营业务提供法律咨询与培训；
- 公司内部授权管理；
- 与外聘律师合作沟通。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，法学/法律相关专业；
- 熟悉保险资金运用、金融投资类法律法规；
- 作风严谨，具备良好的文字功底和沟通能力，较强的快速学习能力；
- 良好的团队合作精神和执行力；
- 具备法律职业资格者优先。
