## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责保险资金的港股通股票投资运作，达成业绩目标；
- 参与部门内部投资机会分析挖掘、分享讨论；
- 严格遵守公司各类规章制度，确保投资合规、风险可控；
- 部门领导交办的其他日常工作。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，具有扎实的经济、金融、财务知识；
- 具有8年以上保险、公募、券商等资管机构股票投研经验，其中股票投资管理经验5年以上；
- 管理过大额资金，有过保险资金、年金、社保基金、专户管理经验的优先；
- 具备成熟的股票投资研究框架，扎实的宏观（策略）分析能力，宽广的投资视野；
- 从业记录良好，未被监管机构实施行政处罚或采取重大行政监管措施。
