## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 贯彻总分公司战略部署，制定分管渠道年度经营规划，牵头分管渠道目标分解、过程追踪与经营复盘。
- 负责分管渠道市场拓展、客户经营、市场调研等，推动分管渠道业务结构优化与业务规模扩大。
- 牵头分管渠道队伍建设、业务督导、培训赋能与绩效落地，持续提高队伍产能与专业能力。
- 配合总经理做好内部管理、跨部门协同、外部关系维护等。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，遵守国家法律法规；大局观念强，综合素质高、善于沟通、创新意识能力强；具备一线实战经验且善于管理团队。
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历。
- 有5年以上管理经验，3年以上机构或前线业务管理经验。近3年个人考评成绩为称职及以上，且近2年至少一年为良好及以上。
- 年龄45周岁及以下，党员优先。
- 公司内无亲属、不存在违法违纪及处罚情况。
