## Job description

### 业务追踪督导
- 追踪分析关键业绩指标，设计并实施针对性的训练解决和业务推动方案。​

### 行司项目赋能
- 参与策划并主导高质量客户活动和行司联动项目等，提供专业内容支持。

### 日常训练辅导
- 深入一线，通过场景演练、案例复盘等方式，提升销售人员实战技能和活动水平。

### 培训材料开发
- 根据机构和团队需求，参与开发、优化培训课件、销售工具、实战话术及辅导手册。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，具备业务、培训等相关工作经验者优先。

### 核心能力
- 具有良好的沟通和表达能力，逻辑清晰，能结合业务节奏进行项目策划与推动；
- 熟练运用PPT、Excel等办公软件，能制作课件与数据分析报表；能解读业务数据，发现问题并提出针对性训练方案。

### 职业素养
- 工作严谨细致，拥有强烈的责任心、自驱力和抗压能力，乐于接受挑战，能适应业务条线的工作节奏。
