## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 开展保险市场、行业政策及产品发展趋势研究；
- 开展同业产品策略、产品动态跟踪研究；
- 开展海外及新型产品研究；
- 调研各类客户、不同渠道、机构及队伍产品需求；
- 开展产品结构及销量跟踪分析；
- 制定产品策略及新产品开发计划。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、精算、数学、统计等相关专业优先，3年及以上产品开发管理工作经验；
- 具有中国准精算师及以上或其他精算师资格者优先;
- 熟悉保险产品市场及业务发展，熟悉行业相关法律法规；
- 具有较强的综合分析和表达能力；
- 具有较强的组织、沟通、报告、团队合作及协调能力。
