## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司选人用人制度建设、系统干部人才队伍建设分析研判；
- 负责开展公司班子成员选拔任用、分工管理等工作；
- 负责优秀年轻干部队伍建设相关工作；
- 按规定要求完成公司班子的高管任职资格申请及任免报告等工作。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、保险、人力资源等相关专业；
- 中共党员，政治素质较好,责任心强，对待工作认真严谨细致；
- 具备较好的逻辑思维能力、系统化思考能力、学习研究能力与文字功底。
