## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 承接总公司专家团队资源和支持，为客户提供财富管理、信托传承等方面的专业咨询和顾问服务，提供一揽子、个性化解决方案。
- 陪同代理人进行客户陪谈等工作。
- 承接总公司金融服务培训资源和要求，为内外勤队伍提供相关培训和专业支持。 根据总公司业务模式和产品规划，完成信托、财富管理及家办领域新业务、新产品在分公司客户群体中的推动与落地动作。 5.日常战略规划与调研工作，负责政策法规、行业趋势及机构研究，调研分支机构及一线队伍需求，提出可行性建议及业务规划。 6.组织开展财富管理与高客活动沙龙等工作。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，经济、金融、会计、税务、法学等相关专业背景，在金融产品、私人银行、法律、税务、信托等一个或多个领域具备丰富经验。
- 熟悉客户财富管理相关需求，能够在大类资产配置、财商税法规划方面提供专业建议。
- 具有券商银行等金融机构从业经历者优先，条件特别优秀者可适当放宽要求。
- 拥有良好亲和力和专业知识，具备优秀的客户关系维护及开拓能力，具有较好的演讲能力。
