### Responsibilities

负责四级机构的人力发展、渠道人员管理、渠道管理支持、业务数据分析、绩效管理等相关工作。

### Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，保险、经济、金融、管理等相关专业。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 学生干部、社团负责人优先。
- 具有大型企业实习经验者，具有保险行业实习经验者优先。
