## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据国家法律法规和公司制度要求，高效合规的完成集中采购任务；
- 负责完善公司采购信息化平台建设、管理、优化等工作；
- 负责分子公司穿透式管理、内部商城管理、采购风控及监督管理等采购基础管理工作；
- 负责采购相关工作的统计分析，识别问题并进行工作改进，提升组织效率。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，财务类、法律类、经济类、土木工程类、计算机类等相关专业；
- 具有两年以上金融行业或大型国有企业采购管理工作经验，有采购信息化系统建设、企业内部商城管理等工作经验的优先；
- 熟悉国家招投标相关法律法规，具有较强的沟通协调和商务谈判能力，能够独立承担采购任务；
- 具备强烈的责任心、事业心、良好的文字表达和数据分析能力，能够在工作中熟练掌握使用AI大模型相关办公应用的优先。
