## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 统筹营销渠道整体业务规划、队伍建设与经营管理，对渠道业务达成负责。
- 研判行业与市场竞争态势，制定渠道业务策略，统筹销售企划与资源落地。
- 牵头渠道运营质量管控，负责合规风控、品质管理、数据管理及风险防范工作。
- 推动渠道数字化转型与体系建设，统筹内外部协同，保障渠道高效稳健运营。

### Qualifications
- 为人正直，具有正常履职的身体条件，廉洁自律，过往无违纪违规记录，符合相关法律规定及监管机关有关任职资格以及任职回避的要求。
- 具备3年以上保险行业工作经验，熟悉寿险行业运营规律及运作流程，了解保险产品、熟悉保险行业相关监管法规。
- 具备较强的统筹管理和沟通协调能力，有强烈的事业心和责任心。
