## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责中支收展的销售业务经营与推动、销售业务督导与追踪、绩优建设等；
- 负责渠道产品管理与销售策划；
- 负责中支续收业务经营与推动、续收业务督导与追踪等。
- 落实各项业务品质管理制度，确保业务持续健康发展。
- 完成上级交办的其他事项。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 保险学、金融学、管理学、经济学、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 具有良好的组织沟通和协调能力，强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守；
- 具备与招聘岗位相匹配的工作经验，有大型企业工作经历、保险行业工作经历者优先。
