## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 银行合作拓展；
- 渠道业务各项活动支持、督导及组织；
- 网点日常管理、维护与分析；
- 协助总部搭建培训课程体系；
- 内外讲师资源管理与课程资料协调。

### Qualifications

大学本科及以上学历，金融相关专业； 具有一定的银行业务拓展能力及良好的沟通协调能力； 熟悉寿险营销的运作模式； 有相关岗位工作经验者优先。
