## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责实施团、个渠道核赔集中业务的现场作业；
- 负责业务处理过程中的问题沟通及结论解释；
- 参与实施业务质量管理及分析改善；
- 落实新业务要求及参与相关作业细则、流程优化。

### Qualifications
- 原则上硕士研究生及以上学历，取得相应学位，医学、法律、金融、保险等相关专业优先；
- 具有较强的责任意识及团队协作精神；
- 具有良好的学习思考能力、逻辑思维能力及沟通协调能力；
- 具有1年以上的保险运营或医学、法律等相关岗位工作经验。
