## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责统筹建设客户标签画像、分析洞察、价值挖掘体系；
- 负责构建、运营客户资源分析模型，运用数据分析工具和模型，对客户数据进行深度挖掘和分析；
- 负责编制客户洞察分析报告，与相关部门协作，推动客户洞察分析成果的落地应用，为管理层决策提供参考依据；
- 负责客户洞察分析其他相关工作。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、金融、统计学、数学、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 本科具备3年以上、研究生具备2年以上相关工作经验，有客户数据分析经验者优先；
- 熟练掌握数据分析工具和方法，如Excel、Python、R、Sql等；
- 具有良好的逻辑分析、数据分析、文字表达和报告撰写能力，具备良好的执行力，能够独立承担专项工作。
