## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 银代课程中期规划，研发内外训课程管理及相应制度；
- 销售人员保险产品资格认证及课程档案管理；
- 课程合规审核，合规管理及组织合规教育培训实施。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、金融、教育相关专业优先；
- 具有5年及以上相关的工作经验，参加过同业公司或新华保险公司的组训、督训培训者，从事过风控合规管理者优先；
- 具备较强的学习能力，熟练使用办公软件，文字功底扎实；
- 具备较强的沟通及协作能力，工作适用性强，具有一定的抗压能力。
