## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责中支营销渠道组织发展规划、实施、督导推动与追踪分析等工作。
- 负责中支营销渠道组织发展方案的制订与实施。
- 负责中支营销渠道基本法管理体系的推广与督导执行。
- 负责中支营销渠道队伍人员管理与人管队伍建设工作。
- 负责中支营销渠道出勤、增员活动量管理。
- 完成上级交办的其他事项。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，品德端正，身体健康。
- 原则上年龄40岁及以下，大学本科及以上学历，中共党员、优秀年轻干部优先。
- 具备寿险公司3年及以上从业经历，且相关条线2年及以上基层管理经验，特别优秀的，可适当放宽要求。
- 熟悉保险市场，具备岗位所需的组织发展、队伍建设、增员育成等工作经验及专业技能，具有较好的综合管理、沟通协调、组织推动能力。
- 过往工作绩效表现良好。
- 符合任职回避要求、背景调查口碑良好、人事档案完整、无其他内外部规定的不得任用情况。
