## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责各类培训项目的组织、实施与现场管理。
- 开发及更新业务所需培训课程，负责对内(外勤队伍、内部讲师)与对外(合作银行)的培训赋能。
- 通过追踪业绩数据、陪访辅导、经营夕会等方式，支持业务团队的业绩达成。
- 负责选拔、培养与管理银保渠道的内部兼职讲师队伍。

### Qualifications

1、2027年应届毕业生，硕士研究生学历。 2、金融、保险等专业优先。 3、具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。 4、具有大型企业实习经验者，具有保险行业实习经验者优先。
