## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 开展固定收益类项目（包括但不限于债权投资计划、资产支持计划、信托计划等）的风险评估，参与项目尽职调查，出具专业评审意见,完成风险评估报告；
- 参与公司固定收益类项目评审标准、流程的制定与优化，迭代评审方法，提升评审质量；
- 参与公司创新业务风险和其他日常风险相关的工作；
- 配合部门完成风险评审相关研究、培训、跨部门协同等工作，完成上级交办的其他相关任务。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历；
- 金融、经济、财务、会计、法律等相关专业，持有CFA、FRM、CPA、法律职业资格证书等专业资质者优先；
- 熟悉保险资金投资及相关监管制度，具有3年以上大型保险资管、信托公司、证券公司、基金子公司等项目投资或风险管理相关岗位工作经验；
- 具备固定收益类项目风险管理与防控实操经验，能独立出具风险评估报告；
- 具备良好的职业操守和个人品行，能够坚守原则、勤奋敬业、廉洁从业。
