## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与各类深度学习模型研究，紧跟学术前沿，并将模型应用在实盘投资中；
- 参与投资全流程研究，包括因子分析、模型搭建、组合优化、系统维护、实盘交易等；

### 资本市场项目投资支持
- 协助设计上市公司股权或另类投资方案，参与资本市场投资项目的资料整理与基础分析工作;

### 项目尽职调查与评估支持
- 协助参与拟投项目的财务分析、行业研究、估值建模与风险评估，配合撰写投资分析报告，为投资决策提供基础数据与初步建议;
- 完成部门布置的其他各类工作任务。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、物理、金融工程等理工科专业，或金融、经济、会计、法律等相关专业；
- 熟练掌握python等编程语言，熟练使用pytorch ensorflow等工具，熟悉各类深度学习、机器学习模型原理，有竞赛获奖经历者优先；
- 具备良好的创新意识、逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力和快速学习能力，能够承受一定的工作强度，有量化策略工作或实习经验者优先。
