## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责中支培训制度管理、计划管理、经费管理，推动中支销售人员合规学习及考试，组织实施产品训练，开展培训宣传，开展讲师培养及管理，以及课程与教材管理。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，1年以上相关工作经验；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和语言表达能力，较强的学习力和抗压力；
- 有较强的责任心和团队协作精神，熟练运用办公软件；
- 具有大型企业及金融保险行业工作经验者优先。
