## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责推动建设公司统一CRM系统，牵头与渠道、科技、运营部等部门沟通协调，统筹CRM系统运营和迭代升级；
- 根据公司的客户经营需求，组织客户经营内容、权益等资源引入与运营；
- 研究客户经营资源整合赋能策略并与销售渠道衔接实施，并根据经营效果评价，出具改善提升建议；
- 负责客户经营管理其他相关工作。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、保险、管理等相关专业优先；
- 本科具备3年以上、研究生具备2年以上相关工作经验，有客户经营管理或项目管理经验者优先；
- 熟悉智能体搭建、有智能体运营等AI相关业务经验者优先；
- 工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作、组织推动和抗压能力。
