## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责分公司管理干部的选拔、调配、考核、任免、退出管理；
- 负责下辖机构管理人员任职资格辅导与培养；
- 落实总部干部人事档案管理体系和制度机制，推动分公司干部人事档案管理。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历；
- 中共党员（含预备党员），学习能力强，具有相关实习经验优先；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和文字写作能力，工作细致认真，原则性强，具较强的敬业精神和责任心。
