## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 全面负责四级机构的经营管理工作，完成上级公司下达的各项经营指标和管理目标。
- 贯彻执行公司的各项规章制度，确保机构合规经营。
- 负责机构团队建设和管理，打造高效协作的团队。
- 负责机构业务拓展和客户服务，提升机构市场竞争力。
- 负责机构风险控制和财务管理，确保机构健康稳定发展。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，拥护中国共产党的领导和社会主义制度，遵守国家法律法规，认同公司文化和各项规章制度。品行端正，恪守职业道德和行业行为准则，无不良历史记录。
- 具有大学本科及以上学历，中共党员优先。
- 身体健康，能够满足岗位工作需要；符合履职回避等政策规定。
- 具有大型寿险公司5年及以上从业经历，具备大型寿险公司四级机构/中支部门负责人工作经历者优先。特别优秀者可适当放宽。
- 过往工作绩效表现良好，所负责的机构业务品质较好。
- 工作思路清晰，工作执行力强，具有敏锐的市场洞察力和较强的市场开拓能力，对目标执着且有韧性。
