## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责文旅服务项目背景分析、场地条件分析、市场调研、开发理念与定位、核心项目策划、投资收益、运营模式、实施步骤等规划内容；
- 参与项目勘察、资料收集、形成策划思路，专研文化历史、文旅市场分析；了解项目的一般运作模式及管控流程，对于投资研判、投中跟踪、投后管理有实操经验；
- 文旅服务体系的搭建，制定文旅项目相关制度标准、规范的落地、监督和反馈优化；负责康养配套的景区、度假区、特色小镇等项目的总体规划与行程规划；
- 熟悉文旅项目商务流程，了解文旅项目的商务技术，对相关政策、市场风向，文旅新业态有敏锐度；
- 了解基础财务知识，能够完成投资测算、熟练使用财务测算表；

### 根据项目的优势特点，提供保险协同计划；协助负责制定文旅项目活动及产品上新； Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，城市规划、旅游管理、文化传媒、艺术类，酒店管理等相关专业；
- 具有3年以上工作经验，具有文旅活动策划、组织经验，以及较强的市场敏感度，具有较强的新事物学习、创新能力和团队协作精神；
- 能独立完成安排的项目，熟悉项目操作全过程，能高效控制项目进度与质量。
