## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 完成交易所场内各类交易指令，在合法合规前提下尽力满足投资经理要求；
- 维护与日常交易工作相关的交易通道、算法交易系统设置等交易准备工作；
- 与各部门之前形成良好的沟通机制，优化业务流程，保证业务顺利开展；
- 做好交易数据的监测，根据合规或监管要求完成数据报送；
- 优化交易策略，为投资部门提供交易策略建议，更好地支持公司投资业务开展。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，金融学、经济学等相关专业，具备理工科复合专业背景者优先；
- 具有良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力；
- 为人正直，活泼开朗，热爱生活。
