## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 团险承保制度制定、模式建设及流程管理；
- 团险承保KPI与质量管理；
- 团险承保单证设计与管理；
- 团险承保系统及平台支持与持续优化；
- 团险承保新产品与重大项目支持；
- 团险承保实务管理、培训与指导。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历学位；
- 保险、金融、管理、经济等相关专业优先；
- 有较强的沟通和表达能力、学习能力，具备良好的服务意识，具有高度责任心和团队合作精神。
