## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 荣誉政策的制定、优化、宣传、推广、追踪等；
- 荣誉政策的评定与相关支持；
- 绩优典范萃取及推广；
- 阶段性荣誉梯队分析及总结；
- 绩优长效培育的研究。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历；
- 保险学、金融学、经济学、统计学、管理或相关专业优先；
- 具有较好的文字表达能力、统计分析、沟通协调能力；
- 熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件。
