## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 银行、同业合作拓展
- 渠道业务各项活动支持、督导和组织
- 网点日常管理、维护与分析
- 内外讲师资源管理与课程资料协调

### 提供外训策划、方案制定与实施支持 Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融、保险学、经济学、市场营销等专业优先考虑。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心和熟练掌握办公软件操作技能。
- 具备大型寿险公司两年以上银保银保业务从业经历者优先考虑。
