## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责三级机构银行渠道培训体系搭建与实施、市场研究与经营追踪、销售全流程督导，银行客户活动组织策划、外训培训支持等工作 Qualifications:
- 具备一年以上保险行业个险、银代渠道相关岗位工作经验，熟悉银行网点经营模式及银保合作流程优先。
- 具备较强的渠道关系维护与业务对接能力，能独立组织开展银行网点培训、沙龙及日常沟通，助力业绩指标达成。
- 形象气质佳，沟通表达及协调能力强，具备良好的服务意识和抗压能力。
- 能独立制作培训课件并讲授，具备一定的活动策划与执行能力。
