## Job description

### Responsibilities

根据公司发展战略，为营销服务部组建销售业务队伍及后援管理运营队伍，指导队伍建设，确保中心支公司各项业务计划目标达成，提升市场占有率。全面负责四级机构日常经营管理工作，贯彻实施公司营销政策，完成保费计划，通过相关培训及管理，促进业务健康发展，提升团队能力，提升绩效。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，拥护中国共产党的领导和社会主义制度，遵守国家法律法规；品行端正，恪守职业道德和行业行为准则，无不良历史记录。
- 熟悉寿险行业运营规律及运作流程；了解保险产品，熟练保险行业相关监管法规；掌握营销学、管理学和心理学基础知识，了解基础财务知识。
- 具备出色的组织协调能力和沟通能力；具备较强的营销策划能力和研究分析能力； 具备较强的市场敏感性。
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融保险、经济管理、市场营销等相关专业；中共党员（含预备党员）优先； 具有国家机关、保险行业或其他大中型企业相关岗位任职3年及以上经验。
- 身体健康，能满足岗位工作需要；符合公司亲属回避制度。
