## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据价值评估标准，评估公司内含价值、新业务价值等，分析价值变动原因，撰写评估报告；
- 测算新产品价值率，制定考核政策，并与相关部门沟通；
- 支持开展价值管理工作，跟踪价值关键驱动因素达成，测算达成偏差带来的价值影响，撰写管理报告等。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，精算相关专业；
- 通过1-2门精算师考试；
- 工作态度积极、认真负责；逻辑性强、思维严谨，沟通能力强。
