## Job description

Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. As the Licensing Manager, Consumer Products UK & EMEA, you will lead the strategy and execution of Netflix’s licensing and consumer products business across the UK, while helping shape the broader EMEA fashion licensing strategy and ways of working.

You will use your experience in Softlines and your understanding of the wider consumer products landscape to identify growth opportunities, build strategic relationships with licensees and brand partners, and deliver programmes across priority categories and franchises.

### Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UK licensing strategy and execution, setting priorities across key categories, partners and franchise opportunities.
- Help shape the EMEA fashion licensing strategy and ways of working, using Softlines and broader consumer products experience to identify regional opportunities, share UK market insights and develop scalable approaches across EMEA.
- Identify new licensing opportunities across categories, partners and channels to support growth.
- Build and manage strategic licensee relationships, developing joint business plans, go-to-market strategies and long-term growth opportunities.
- Drive commercial performance by managing forecasts, business plans and portfolio performance, and using market and partner data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
- Translate global franchise strategies into locally relevant licensing plans, ensuring Netflix priorities are aligned with UK market, consumer and partner needs.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution, working with licensees, retail, marketing and country teams to support product launches, distribution and promotional activity.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders around priorities and driving licensing programmes from strategy through execution.

### What We’re Looking For
- Experience in licensing, consumer products, retail or entertainment, including ownership of commercial partnerships or portfolios.
- Strong experience in Softlines, such as apparel, accessories, footwear, bags or home textiles, with understanding of product development, licensing and retail dynamics.
- Strong understanding of the UK licensing and retail landscape, including experience working with licensees, retailers and/or agencies.
- Experience developing licensing or consumer products strategies that deliver commercial growth.
- Commercial judgement, including experience managing forecasts, business plans, performance and prioritisation.
- Ability to manage external partners and work effectively across functions and markets.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to use market, consumer and commercial insights to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience translating entertainment intellectual property into consumer products, particularly across Softlines and lifestyle categories.
- Experience identifying new opportunities and improving existing ways of working.
- Understanding of entertainment, fashion, brands and consumer products, and how fans engage with Netflix intellectual property. Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
