Join us, learn, grow, and make your mark at NetApp! ### Key Responsibilities Respond to pre- and post-sales queries from partners, helping them access the right information quickly. Research and resolve technical questions, working with internal teams where needed. Support partners and internal engineers through the quoting process, ensuring a smooth experience. Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and best-practice guidance. Identify opportunities to improve processes and make day-to-day support more efficient. Communicate clearly with internal and external users, delivering a professional and helpful customer experience. Learn new technologies and apply that knowledge to support partner and customer needs. Bring curiosity, creativity, teamwork, and a proactive mindset to new challenges and projects. Your Profile School leaver or university graduate with a background in business, marketing, economics or a related field You must have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom for the entire duration of the internship. Unfortunately, NetApp is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this opportunity. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Curious about sales, technology, AI, and how organisations enable teams to perform at their best. Comfortable working with data, presentations, collaboration tools, and digital content platforms. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
