The National Sales & Operations Manager is responsible to/for: Channel Sales Management Understanding the channel needs, consumers/customers insights and developing programs and activities tailored to capitalize on the opportunities in respective channels for long-term sustainable and profitable growth. Lead and inspire the NP sales team 2. Responsible for the full route to market (via distributors & wholesalers) Identification and overall management of distributors/wholesalers 3. Sales Operations To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions A day in the life of a National Sales & Operations Manager... Develop Channel Insights that determines the strategy and tactics to compete in the channel including setting the OPL and Commercial Planning. An entrepreneurial approach to ensure the development of the Channel to achieve their sales and profits targets as given by management. Full P&L responsibilities. Develop RTM/Channel plans to increase/improve distribution (width - Depth). Assist in the development of new products and products rationalization to cater the need of the channel. To account, monitor, control and ensure cost effective trade activities with the PTA funds allocated. ### Trade Asset Control - Productivity improvement What Will Make You Successful... 5-10 years relevant FMCG sales experience Experience in Food Services industry, Distributor Management Skills - People Management Skills Channel Insights, Financial statements understanding, Channel distribution objectives, Distributor Management. Excellent Interpersonal and management Skills.
