## Job description

### Role

Key Accounts Executive, Ecom Location: Gurgaon Responsibilities: Achieving Sales target basis ICP plans Sales and Stock forecast to be shared with Customer Ensuring Visibility of Nestle Products on customer portal Work with Seller ecosystem to develop logistic solutions to drive down costs, manage inventory levels and customer fill rates. Customer Management Develop win-win relationships with retailers. Channelize Customer investments towards achievement of JBP objectives.

Managing Customer expectations by organizing Frequent interactions on monthly / quarterly plans. Recommending uplift and drive campaigns as per agreed activity calendar.

### Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving actionable insights (hands on knowledge of Excel is must). Proven expertise in strategic account management
