We are looking for a Senior Legal Executive to provide legal and compliance advice and to partner the business to provide solutions to issues while managing legal and compliance risks. Ensure compliance/provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions. And to ensure compliance/provide support to all OHS related activities. ### Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and effective legal support to the Director, Legal & Compliance to enable timely and practical advice to the business. Serve as the day-to-day legal business partner for assigned business units/functions and act as the subject matter expert for designated compliance topics and initiatives. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal documents, correspondence, training materials, promotional campaigns, contests, artwork, and intellectual property-related matters for assigned business functions. Monitor legal and regulatory developments and review policies, templates, and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and company standards. Conduct legal research and provide accurate, practical legal advice while maintaining effective contract management processes and systems. Review and advise on intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright, and brand protection issues, and manage access to intellectual property databases. Lead and manage legal and compliance projects independently to achieve business objectives and desired outcomes. Develop and deliver legal and compliance training programs to enhance employee awareness and promote adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Support the resolution of consumer complaints, disputes, and other legal matters in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify legal and compliance risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. ### We're Looking For Qualified lawyer with a valid admission to the Bar - Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification legal experience, preferably in an in-house legal environment - Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements Broad legal expertise across commercial, compliance, regulatory, and risk management matters Experience supporting consumer-facing (B2C) businesses and managing related legal and compliance obligations. ### Exposure to key legal areas including Contract Law Data Privacy & Data Protection Consumer Protection Intellectual Property Compliance & Regulatory Matters Competition Law E-commerce-related Legal Matter Open to candidates from private practice/law firms with strong commercial advisory and contract management experience.
