In this dynamic role, you will actively support product launches, promotions, and category initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to develop strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills within the world’s leading food and beverage company. A day in a life of Commercial Development Trainee: - Support the preparation and tracking of activity calendars across channels and customers - Assist in the implementation of new product launches, including system setup and coordination with cross-functional teams - Manage SKU lifecycle and support freshness and inventory processes - Coordinate execution of commercial plans to maximize opportunities and optimize resources - Support the management of in-store marketing materials, including ordering, tracking their status, and ensuring they are delivered on time. - Assist with budget tracking and PFME-related processes (PR/PO creation, monitoring, evaluation) - Contribute to promotion planning and performance evaluation to improve ROI - Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and external partners - Participate in key planning cycles (ICP processes) What Will Make You Successful - Recentrly graduated with a University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field; - Fluency in English - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proactive mindset and willingness to learn What we offer: - 1-year full time work contract - Be part of the world’s largest food and beverage company - Gain hands-on experience in commercial and category development - Work in a collaborative and dynamic international environment - A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation - Work from Home - Hybrid and flexible approach - Monthly income of 1100 Euro Gross ( approximately 854 Euro Net) - Medical insurance, food vouchers, etc - Modern office What are you waiting for?
