Lead annual negotiations and build Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key retail customers. Own the channel P&L, trade budget and promotional investment. Drive Category Management excellence through assortment, pricing and promotional strategies based on shopper and market insights. Accelerate e-commerce growth and strengthen omnichannel execution. Build long-term partnerships with key local and international customers. Lead, coach and develop a team of Key Account and Category Managers. Partner closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance. What Will Make You Successful Proven Modern Trade leadership experience within FMCG. Strong Category Management capabilities and commercial mindset. At least 7 years of sales experience, including leadership of teams and Key Accounts. Experience managing both offline retail and e-commerce channels. Strong negotiation, analytical and business planning skills. Ability to develop people and build high-performing teams. Confident, results-oriented and capable of operating in a matrix environment. Fluent English and Polish. We Offer A senior leadership role within Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages.
