### POSITION SNAPSHOT Location

Nestle Head Office (Bangkok)

### Company

Nestle Department: Nespresso SEA At least 3-5 years’ experience in Data Analytics and CRM, preferably in a Direct-to-Consumer business A DAY IN THE LIFE… Business Analytics & Strategic Insights Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, active base, consumption trends, customer lifetime value (CLV), and business performance. Support business case development for strategic initiatives such as Subscription, Machine Refund, Trade-In, and Member-Get-Member programs.

Identify growth opportunities and actionable recommendations for SEA markets. Translate complex data into clear business insights for stakeholders. Omnichannel & Acquisition Insights Support the Omni Insights Lead in analysing acquisition quality and acquisition source effectiveness. Evaluate impact of on-ground activations and commercial initiatives on member acquisition and engagement. Develop integrated customer understanding across Retail, E-commerce, CRC, and CRM touchpoints.

Identify opportunities to improve customer journey effectiveness and conversion. Regional Reporting and Analyses Maintain and enhance SEA CRM and business performance reporting. Monitor key customer and commercial KPIs across SEA markets. Ensure reporting accuracy and timely dissemination of insights. Highlight emerging risks, trends, and opportunities through ongoing performance tracking. Forecasting & Data-Driven Planning Support Support coffee demand forecasting using CRM and customer consumption data.

Develop forecasts and scenario analyses to support business planning. Monitor forecast accuracy and continually improve forecasting methodologies. Partner with commercial and supply chain stakeholders to provide data-driven planning recommendations. ARE YOU A FIT? University Degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Statistics or Data Analytics. 3-5 years' experience in CRM, preferably in a Direct-to-Consumer business Be curious with data, leveraging it to deliver actionable insights to influence business decisions and/or marketing strategies.
