If you have any special needs, count on us to adapt your position. ### Position Summary For our NBS Lisbon Human Resources (HR) department, we are currently looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist. Reporting to Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for the recruitment of potential talent for the center. A day in the life of... Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives; Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs; Source and recruit candidates; Screen candidates resumes and job applications; Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates; Provide analytical and well-determined recruiting reports and KPIs to the rest of the center; Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
