This role follows a Full-Time (32 hour/44 hour per week) rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends. Lead with passion and purpose. As Boutique Manager, you’ll set the tone for the day- motivating your team, driving sales, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll coach on the floor, manage KPIs, oversee stock and visual merchandising, and mentor your leadership team.
