Purely Driven. ### Position Summary As a Maintenance Mechanic you will be responsible for the maintenance of all plant systems, which will include facilities, unloading, processing, packing and warehouse operations. You will troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical equipment. Working in a safe manner at all times, you will play a major role in machine reliability and process improvements across the plant. Our maintenance work includes both predictive and preventative maintenance. ### Maintenance of plant systems mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation - Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs - Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators - Repair gear reducers, belt and screw conveyors, chain elevators, and packaging equipment - Maintain wastewater system, boiler operations, cooling towers, and general building needs - Complete predictive maintenance such as vibration analysis and oil sample collection When you build your career as a Maintenance Mechanic at our Fort Dodge facility, you’ll enjoy: Competitive pay, eligibility for overtime, & quarterly bonus Comprehensive benefits including annual Lifestyle Spending Account, full health benefits, & 401k match Including Pet Insurance and Pet Adoption Reimbursement! Vacation time and excellent maternity/paternity leave Work/life balance with a 12-hour 2/3 work schedule - Relocation assistance to the Fort Dodge, Iowa area is available for qualified and eligible candidates The pay progression entry rate is $31.95hr with earning potential up to $40.95hr. ### Requirements High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR Vocational certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechatronics OR 2-year technical degree completed Other Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
