We are looking for a Senior Enablement Manager to take ownership of the design, optimisation, and continuous improvement of digital sales journeys across our insurance channels. In this role, you will bridge customer experience, digital innovation, and business growth by ensuring that our digital platforms and processes enable conversion and support both life and non-life insurance growth objectives. ### Job Purpose To own the design and optimisation of digital sales journeys (UX/UI and flows), ensuring platforms and processes enable conversion and support both life and non-life growth. ### Job Responsibilities - Lead the design and optimisation of digital customer journeys across web, mobile app, assisted sales, and WhatsApp channels. - Identify customer experience gaps, friction points, and drop-off areas within digital sales funnels. - Drive continuous improvement through customer insights, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. - Translate customer behaviour, channel performance, and emerging digital trends into practical enhancements and enablement opportunities. - Prioritise and manage a structured digital enablement backlog aligned to business value and strategic objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital, Martech, Technology, Product, and Operations to deliver impactful customer experiences. - Support the ongoing evolution of digital sales capabilities across life and non-life insurance products. People Specification Essential Qualifications - NQF Level Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees Preferred Qualification Relevant degree (NQF 7) and / or diploma (NQF 7) in Digital Design, User Experience (UX), Human-Centred Design, Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. ### Minimum Experience Level Minimum 5 years experience in Digitial Sales Journey or Enablement role within financial services, Insurance and Digital Commerce environment. Proven experience in UX/UI design and digital customer journey optimisation. Strong analytical capability with experience in funnel analysis, user behaviour analysis, and conversion optimisation. Experience translating customer insights into measurable design improvements. Exposure to digital platforms, customer-facing technologies, and cross-functional technology teams. Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams What Success Looks Like - Improved digital conversion rates across sales journeys. - Reduced customer drop-off and friction within key digital channels. - A clear and prioritised enablement roadmap focused on business impact. - Strong alignment between customer experience design and commercial objectives. - Increased efficiency through proactive optimisation rather than reactive fixes.
