This requires us to deliver on our promises and always look for new opportunities to grow, both ourselves and our business. ### Job Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and advanced financial acumen to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. ### Key Accountabilities Direct and manage all phases of large construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules, budgets, and cash flow forecasts to ensure financial health and timely delivery. Lead cross-functional project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, Engineers, Environmental Scientists and consultants. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and changes to minimize impact on timelines and costs. Prepare and present regular project status reports and financial forecasts to leadership and stakeholders. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all project activities. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other project documentation. ### Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required. (Master’s Degree preferred). 3+ years of progressive experience in construction project management or relevant experience. Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing cash flow forecasts. Strong understanding of construction processes, financial controls, scheduling, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore). Ability to work collaboratively and build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders. ### More Information Salary $109,000.00 - $128,000.00 USD This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
