Our passionate leaders recruit and develop high performing people, empowering them to deliver exceptional outcomes to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers and our communities. ### Skills - Strong written communication and structured documentation. - Translate processes into clear, step-by-step instructions - Supports stakeholder engagement and workshops - Applies authoring standards within NABit/SharePoint - Ensures accuracy and consistency in content undefined Experience​ Experience supporting creation and updates of work instructions or procedural documents ​ Exposure to working with SMEs and business stakeholders ​ Exposure to content updates driven by change or BAU improvements ### Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Engineering or related field ​ PACE Process Accreditation (preferred)​ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)​​ Personal Attributes ​ Detail-oriented and methodical​ Accountable for own work​ Proactive in learning and development​ Collaborative team contributor​ Customer and user-focused​ Capabilities ​ Build capability to develop NABit-aligned work instructions with guidance​ Strengthen stakeholder engagement and contribute to workshops - Develop understanding of enterprise authoring standards and NABit requirements​ Improve ability to identify gaps and enhance content quality​ Support delivery of small work instruction updates and BAU changes​ Apply OE methodologies and tools in structured delivery​ Use AI to support content quality and efficiency improvements ​ A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone: Our goal is to foster a culture that fills us with pride, rooted in trust and respect.
