Our passionate leaders recruit and develop high performing people, empowering them to deliver exceptional outcomes to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers and our communities. ### YOUR NEW ROLE To provide customers with best-practice, effective and efficient lending fulfillment services with a focus on Bank Guarantees. Utilise both the LoanIQ and eBOBS systems to assist in the ongoing administration of bank guarantee portfolio, including the preparation and processing of issuances, exchanges, cancellations, amendments, fees and queries. Adhere to processes and procedures including performing all controls associated with processes. Facilitate Bank Guarantee Issuances, Amendments, Cancellations and Fees via Ebobs, LoanIQ and other core systems. Reconcile clearing account to remain within KRI’s. Actioning daily Bank Guarantee Reports with a focus of clearing aged items. - Foster and maintain a positive team environment exuding efficiency, inclusion, professionalism, exemplary customer service, and accountability WHAT YOU WILL BRING: 3+ years’ experience as an operational practitioner Preferred experience managing lending transactions and/or high-volume customer requests - Strong customer service work ethic - Strong teamwork ethics and ability to work to deadlines Be self-sufficient and drive customer outcomes A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone: Our goal is to foster a culture that fills us with pride, rooted in trust and respect.
